What happens if I miss a day? 

Let your Leader know ASAP and also include how you plan to make it up. Life happens but we are working together to make sure you do everything you can to stay on track!

what are the nutrition logs?

If you select the Supreme Package, you will commit to keeping nutrition logs throughout the program.  Your Leader and the Nutritionist will review your logs weekly and give feedback on how you can keep "upping your nutrition game" based on your individual lifestyle and goals.

*The nutrition logs are optional in the Starter and Standard Packages.  Your Leader will be on hand to give you periodic feedback if you choose to maintain these logs.

Is there a specific exercise plan i need to follow?

Short answer, no. This part of The Six Week is what you make it, based on your own personal goals and commitments. However, if you need some assistance in creating a personalized plan for your workouts, your Leader can help you determine a plan - we're here to help!

Can i bank exercise hours?

No. Each day is a new start and you cannot count a previous day's workout today. Nice try though!

do i need to exercise 50 minutes continuously?

Yes, your workout should be in one continuous 50-minute session. However, if you need to break up your workout, aim to have at least one full 30-minute session. 

can i break up my meditation time?

A full 20 minutes of meditation is ideal. However, if you need to break this up throughout the day, aim for two 10-minute sessions. Mindfulness is a KEY aspect of The Six Week, so do not shortchange yourself on the meditation commitments!
