Who does this course? Will it work for me?

The Six Week is designed for men and women with full, successful lives who are ready to take it to the next level.

The course is focused on developing wholeness, including the areas of life we often overlook or resist making time to support. With focused attention on our body, environments, relationships and life purpose, you will find new energy and power to serve your biggest goals.

We recommend participants have a moderate-to-high level of self-disipline and/or experience with personal coaching or personal growth work.

What is the structure of The Six Week?

  • Meet with the entire team on a bi-weekly basis for a 3-hour session from 7pm-10pm.
  • Weekly half-hour individual coaching call
  • Daily 5-10 minute check-in calls with your buddy to support each other's success
  • One visit to your house from your coach the first week of the program.
  • Two full days (which you choose) to focus entirely on your goals
  • You will be exercising for at least 1 hour each day, 5 days a week

What is my time commitment?

You are committing to 12 hours of in-person sessions, a weekly 30 minute coaching call, a daily 5-10 minute check-in with your buddy, two full personal days to work on your goals, daily exercise 5 days a week, and approximately 5 hours of goal completions per week.

What if I am unable to attend one of the scheduled sessions?

We strongly encourage all participants to attend all of the scheduled sessions to get the most out of the program. If you are unable to make any scheduled session and are interested in taking the program, please contact us to make special arrangements.

Most of the real work of The Six Week takes place in your daily life, outside of the team sessions. If you miss a session due to sickness or work-related travel it may be possible to get up-to-speed with the support of a coach or buddy on what you missed if pre-arranged.

What are my commitments around drinking / intoxicants?

We strongly recommend that you do not drink or use intoxicants during the full duration of The Six Week. We also recommend that you do not play free flash games on the internet as they can serve as a distraction.

The purpose of this commitment is to bring more awareness about the ways we automatically "check out" or avoid responsibilities.

Can I do The Six Week with a friend or select my own buddy?

We recommend that, if possible, you participate in The Six Week with a friend.

Buddy requests are encouraged as well.

Can I do The Six Week more than once?

Yes! The Six Week is designed to go deeper each time you participate. For best results, we recommend that you participate in The Six Week at least once every 12-18 months.

Graduates of The Six Week will also be notified of special discounts on future courses.

Is The Six Week offered in other cities?

Presently, The Six Week is only offered in San Francisco. In the coming months we plan to offer The Six Week in other major cities starting with New York in the very near future.

How can I become a coach for The Six Week?

If you are a graduate of The Six Week and interested in coaching future programs, we offer a coach training program. We are especially interested in coaches who are excited to bring The Six Week to new locations. We are currently seeking new coaches with strong backgrounds in personal coaching, nutrition, body work or leading other personal growth workshops.
