It’s not called a Challenge for nothing! What defines success in both the Six Week and in life isn’t how well you do – it’s how you handle NOT doing well. What makes you stronger is persevering and getting back on track when you’ve gotten off track.
Part of the magic/science of TheSixWeek Challenge is the community – we’re all doing this together. You don’t have to just post your wins, you can also ask for help. Post to your private group or to the TSW Community Group. You are not alone in your feelings of being challenged and sometimes just being seen is enough to let you catch your breath and get back in the game.
If you still feel like you’re stuck, or need a little boost im your Six Week Challenge, Book a coaching call today. It’s only $75 for 30 minutes.

First, we should be clear – Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, and spamming, will not be tolerated on our community website. Users engaging in such activities will receive a warning for their first offense. Repeat offenses will result in temporary suspension or permanent ban from the platform, depending on the severity of the behavior. We encourage all members to report any inappropriate actions to our moderation team to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
TO REPORT AN INAPPROPRIATE POST
You can report an inappropriate post by clicking on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the post. Click “report post” and it will be reported. If three users report the post, it will be hidden and the Administrators will be notiified.
TO REPORT AN INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR FROM A USER
If you find someone behaving inappropriately towards you, you can click on their profile picture which will take you to their profile. Then click on “Report Member.” If three users report a user, their content will be hidden and the Administrators will be notified to review the situation.
TO BLOCK A USER
The Six Week Challenge structure is pretty simple – six daily practices that work together to create a renewed (or anewed) sense of health, wellness, and vitality.
Sleep
Science tells us that getting 8 hours of sleep each night is ideal for our mental and physical health. Sometimes, though, the constraints of our lives don’t allow us the luxury of 8 uninterrupted hours every night. The priorities for this commitment are: getting as close to 8 hours of sleep as you can and doing it consistently.
Exercise
30 minutes of vigorous exercise 5 times a week. Vigorous can look different to different people. The point is to push your body out of its normal operating zone so that it starts to adapt to the increased stimulus. Again, the key is consistency.
Nutrition
We recommend a whole foods, no sugar-added nutrition commitment every day for the six weeks. At a minimum this means not eating foods that have sugar added, but this can also mean no added sweeteners such as honey, fruit extracts, etc..
Meditation
The point of meditiation is not to “clear your mind”. It is to practice bringing your focus back to the present moment when you get distracted, WHICH HAPPENS TO EVERYONE WhO MEDITATES. While some activities like dancing and drumming can call you to presence, sitting still while focusing attention is recommended.
Gratitude
Express 3 gratitudes to your accountability group. Expressing them, and not just “thinking of them” does a few things: it makes it harder to cut corners on the commitment, it integrates the gratitude by being shared, and it connects others to your life in the sharing.
Kindness
Generate an intentional act of kindness each day. This doesn’t have to look like changing someone’s tire every day, or doing some substantial act of generosity. It could be as simple as sending a note saying hello to a friend you’ve not connected with in a while, or giving a complement to a cashier, or even smiling at a stranger.
Remember you can find all kinds of tips, tricks and resources for each of the commitments in our Resource Guide
