Part of the initial team that helped to originally create The Six Week in 2007, Brian serves as the impetus behind the course structure where he is able to live his purpose of unleashing people's greatness.  An entrepreneur, coach and program developer, Brian has been leading and designing personal development programs for more than twenty years.

Six Week Susie joined Brian in 2016 to help lead, inspire and motivate as many 'Six Weekers' as possible.  Her graduate training in Psychology and Counseling, and passion to embrace life to the fullest, make her extremely passionate and involved with the individual and group coaching that The Six week provides.  Susie will also be taking The Six Week abroad in 2017 as our Six Week Seeker.  She will be leading programs in locations all across the world to better understand how the three pillars  (nutrition, exercise and mindfulness)  impact cultures and communities on a global scale.
