The Six Week is coming… The new year is always a great time to focus on creating new healthy practices and this year the timing is especially great. This year's program completes just in time for for you to show off your new Healthy AF look for Valentine’s day. Join our group experience and start the year off feeling healthy, kind, grateful, well-rested, exercised, nutritious, mindful and more!

This Six Week program runs from Wednesday, January 2nd through Wednesday, February 13th

Oh wait, I can't do those dates, I have....  

We know, It’s a new year and the 2nd is too soon. Plus, you have even more planned vacations, work trips that involve going out, foodball tailgates, bad weather and more. And ya, you'll probably be sick for a few days.  And then you have kids.  And a job.  And...

Noted.  

The "timing" will never be perfect to start your Six Week journey, so do yourself this huge solid and stop coming up with excuses and sign-up.  You don't have to be (and will not be) perfect every day of this program.  You just have to get up for all 42 days and try.

As part of this new Six Week experience, you will be offered all of the following:

  • The Six Week Starter Kit

    • This will be emailed before the program begins to give you tools and resources on all six commitments so you are prepped for success!

    • The Six Week Intake Questionnaire will be included in this kit to help you set your goals/intentions for the program.

  • Private Six Week Facebook Group

    • The Six Week has a closed Facebook group and this is where you can read/post with your community members to stay motivated and accountable to your commitments.

    • This is also where your Coach will post group messages and weekly resources to keep you supported and informed throughout the program.

  • Buddy Gratitude System

    • Each Six Week Participant will be assigned a Buddy to communicate three gratitudes with at the end of each day.  You can create more between buddies if you’d like, that part is up to the two of you.

    • We encourage you to get a group together and have multiple buddies. This is a wonderful way to stay accountable with co-workers, family members or just a group of close friends! 

  • Group Calls via Zoom

    • There will be THREE group calls during this program:

      • Kickoff Call: Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019 @ 6pm PT

      • Mid-Point Call: Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019 @ 6pm PT

      • Wrap-Up Call: Wednesday, February 13th, 2019 @ 6pm PT
